Hi, I’m Casey McNulty—your host and the managing partner of Svenmar Nightly Rentals. Hospitality runs in the family—my parents, Sean and Susan, started this business back in 2006, and I’ve been proud to carry the torch since 2017. From the moment you book with us to the moment you check out, my goal is to make sure your stay is not only comfortable, but truly memorable.
I got my start in hospitality as a front desk agent in Keystone, working alongside some of the best mentors in the industry. Since then, I’ve done just about every job in the business. That hands-on experience taught me what really matters: attention to detail, authentic service, and always going the extra mile for our guests. It’s a mindset I bring to everything we do here at Svenmar.
Outside of work, I’m deeply committed to our local community. In 2019, I was honored to become Keystone’s youngest-ever elected official, winning re-election 3 years later and in 2023, I stepped into the role of Keystone Town Board President. Whether it’s leading in town or hosting travelers from around the world, I’m all about making a positive impact.
