Hi, I’m Casey McNulty, your host and the managing partner of Svenmar Nightly Rentals. Hospitality truly runs in my family—my parents, Sean and Susan, founded this business in 2006, and I’ve been proud to carry the torch since 2017. From the moment you book to the moment you check out, my goal is to ensure your stay is not only comfortable, but genuinely memorable.
I began my career in hospitality as a front desk agent in Keystone, learning from some of the best mentors in the industry. Since then, I’ve worn just about every hat in the business. That hands-on experience shaped what matters most to me: attention to detail, authentic service, and consistently going the extra mile for our guests. It’s a standard I bring to everything we do at Svenmar.
Beyond hospitality, I’m deeply committed to our local community. In 2019, I was honored to become Keystone’s youngest-ever elected official, earning re-election three years later. In 2023, I stepped into the role of Keystone Town Board President, and in 2025, I was honored to receive the Southern Hills Citizen of the Year award. Whether I’m serving our town or welcoming travelers from around the world, my focus is always on making a positive, lasting impact.
